What delivery options are available?
We ship orders via Royal Mail or Parsons pallet delivery service. Further information regarding shipping and returns can be found in the customer care menu at the bottom of the webpage.

Do you offer international delivery?
We only ship orders within the UK. No international delivery options are currently available.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, Bank Transfer

Can I change or add to my order once its been placed?

Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to amend the order or delivery.
If you want to add or remove products from your order, please contact our customer services team and we will attempt to cancel the original order. You will then need to complete a new order with the products you require.
If we’re unable to cancel your order, you can refuse delivery or begin the returns process.

Order Tracking:

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is uploaded once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please copy the tracking number onto the royal mail tracking website for updates on your delivery.
