Shipping & Returns

*A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Shipping

All paid orders will be processed by the next working day. Dropshipping orders placed and paid for before 12pm will be processed on the same day.

Our shipping methods are:

  • Royal Mail 48 - aims to be a 2-5 working day service. Our default standard.
  • Royal Mail 24 - aims to be a 1-2 working day service. Our expedited service.
  • Parsons - a pallet delivery service 2-5 working day for trade customers.

All delivery periods provided are estimates and not guarantees. Your delivery may be extended due to circumstances outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

RETURNS are the responsibility of the customer. All unwanted items must be returned to us in unused and undamaged condition, with all accessories and relevant packaging, within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be identifiable for us to process them: if the original postage label has been obscured in any way, then you must include paperwork within the package with the order reference number, name, and address. If you have sent us a return and it has not been processed after 2 working days, please contact us via shop@best4trade.co.uk with the order reference number and return tracking number so that we can investigate. Our return address is: Costwise Limited, Costwise Group Merrivale Road, Exeter Road Industrial Estate, Okehampton, EX20 1UD. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping and you are choosing to return your order, you are only entitled to a refund of the order cost and minimum standard shipping.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS will be considered lost in transit after 14 working days with no further updates from the courier, and we will replace these orders via an expedited delivery service, or provide a full order refund. In the event these lost orders later arrive, you must contact us so that we can arrange collection. You are not permitted to keep a refunded order unless we have explicitly stated so via email.

All orders DAMAGED IN TRANSIT or MISSING ITEMS will be replaced or refunded; we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery for this to apply. Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery to confirm it is correct and undamaged.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any point prior to delivery without notice.
